Support tickets can be opened, monitored and sent to a specific department in the Support Ticket Center. Support tickets each have a unique reference number for fast tracking. It is highly recommended to submit a ticket within the following times for prompt service.

- 1-2 hours during business hours (9:00am - 5:00pm EST)
- 12 hours after normal business hours (after 5pm EST)
